We couldn’t be more different.

(And that’s a really good thing.)

Will Riley and Danny Sutton are the founders and partners of COOP - with a small army of other coaches, facilitators and speakers at the ready. In 2016, Will left the corporate world to venture out on his own and, a few years later in 2021, Danny joined him.

With Will being a first voice Nurturer and Danny being a first voice Pioneer, they are literally each others’ nemesis. It just goes to show if you put a diligent effort into being stronger and healthier with your communication and relationships, you can achieve anything with anyone.
